DOLORES is the new global citizen of Carlsberg Byen,
who uses the entire world as a gastronomic playground.
In the kitchen, we adhere to one dogma – the ingredients must be fantastic!
On our evening menu, you'll find shareable comfort food like Korean fried chicken and glazed shiitake mushrooms. On the grill, we gently cook Danish fish and dry-aged danish pork chops, and we give greens a place with dishes like fried eggplant with pistachio and harissa, cauliflower fritters with vadouvan, and grilled peppers with almond vinaigrette.
We have found inspiration in various corners of the world, but perhaps most of all in San Francisco's colorful Mission District, after which we have named our restaurant. Dolores in San Francisco is a true melting pot of food cultures, and now you can also experience them in Carlsberg Byen.
